Education is the foundation of opportunity, empowerment, and sustainable development. At United Way of Baroda, we believe that every child deserves access to quality education, irrespective of their socio-economic background. For over 30 years, we have been committed to removing barriers to learning by providing holistic educational support through scholarships, interest-free educational loans, academic mentorship, school supplies, uniforms, and other essential learning resources. Our initiatives empower children and youth with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to realise their full potential and build brighter futures.
Beyond supporting individual learners, we work to strengthen the education ecosystem by enhancing school infrastructure, establishing digital and smart classrooms, upgrading Anganwadi Centres, and creating safe, inclusive, and technology-enabled learning environments. In partnership with communities, educational institutions, government agencies, corporate partners, and volunteers, we implement sustainable programmes that improve learning outcomes and ensure equitable access to quality education for thousands of students every year.

Empowering Communities Through Education
(Community Impact Programmes – CIC)
Through our Community Impact Programmes (CIC), United Way of Baroda partners with grassroots organisations to address educational inequities and expand access to quality learning opportunities. By providing strategic grants and institutional support, we strengthen initiatives focused on scholarships, remedial education, inclusive education, school infrastructure, learning resources, and community-based educational interventions. These programmes empower underserved children and young people to continue their education and achieve long-term academic success.
Strengthening Education Through CSR Partnerships
(CSR Initiatives)
United Way of Baroda collaborates with corporate partners to design and implement impactful CSR initiatives that create lasting improvements across the education sector. These interventions include the establishment of digital and smart classrooms, STEM learning spaces, construction and renovation of school infrastructure, distribution of educational kits and learning materials, teacher capacity-building programmes, and the upgradation of Anganwadi Centres. Through these partnerships, we foster innovative, inclusive, and sustainable learning environments that enable children and youth to thrive.
