For decades, we at United Way of Baroda have been actively working with 150+ Corporate Partners and 100+ Local NGOs to achieve comprehensive development of the underprivileged through varied projects and programs strategically designed to make a difference in their lives.

At United Way of Baroda, we have envisioned a sustainable future of environment conservation and empowerment of every common man to build stronger communities through our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. We aspire to grow strength-to strength as a corporate entity that is reckoned as a forerunner in not only Gujarat, but also across the nation.

- Out searching for the community: Out searching for the communities to know their needs and keep in mind the focus areas.
- Meeting with the Local govt bodies: Meeting with the Local Govt Bodies are conducted to get the insight of the targeted area.
- Need Assessment: Base Line Survey planned after outreaching the deprived communities to assess their needs.
- Partnering: Partnering with the companies for plan of action as per the company’s policies.
- Framing the projects/Programmes based on focused areas of implementing.

- 1. Project/Programme implementation: Designed Projects/Programmes including timeline framework are implemented based on the focused areas.
  2. Documentation Approach: Thorough Management of the endowment including MoUs, Procurements and Finance Releases.
  3. Community and Employee Volunteering: bringing the outreached communities and employees of the Partnered Corporates to work for the common cause.

- 1. Monitoring and Evaluation: Team goes on the ground on regular basis for better deliverables.
  2. Track up-dates for NGOs: thorough surveillance on the NGOs’s Projects/Programmes to meet to the better quality services.
  3. Data Management: Data Management on monthly basis to deliver progress to the Corporates.
  4. Impact Assessment: Based on regular visits and Data Management, impact assessment reports well designed are delivered.
  5. Programme/Project Audits: Third Party Audits carried our quarterly for Corporate Social Responsibility Programmes to intuit about the results of the efficiency of the programmes.

At United Way of Baroda, we have a dedicated in-house team to execute our Corporate Social Responsibility Programmes and Projects. We are designing these projects and programmes with a focus on comprehensive development results. Our regular monitoring and evaluation of the projects and programmes through consistent on ground visits ensures that we reach our goals with utmost efficiency through optimum utilization of the resources to deliver better outcomes.

Our Project Reports are documented as per stipulated period to gauge the real-time efficacy of the project and programmes. We have an Internal Audit on quarterly basis and External Audit on an annual basis to ensure complete accountability and total transparency
