It was a great opportunity working with United Way of Baroda, as it is a platform of learning for theoretical and practical aspects. By interning under UWB’s Mission Shiksha-A Ray of Hope for the bereaved children who lost one or both of their parents. We experience exposure towards working closely to the grounds. Visiting to the beneficiaries to know their current family situation revealed difficulties faced by them. This also improved our confidence, communication skills, public speaking, and team management also.
