Environment has always motivated and inspired me to do something in return for providing me a better surroundings to live in. It an immense pleasure and pride to be associated with NGO known as United Way of Baroda that works in order to have a sustainable development in the era that requires it the most.
Getting an opportunity to learn key qualities such as leadership, team management, strategic planning through Solid Waste Management Project which is a sub-component under Integrated Rural Development project being one of the major CSR projects run by United Way of Baroda.
This opportunity has turn out be a platform to learn about sustaining the environment which concerns us about our existence. Theoretical aspects have been providing by my educational institution but getting practical experience through this dynamic organization is an instrument to reach to grab and explore new concepts. Also, how a project can be implemented smoothly with the cooperation and coordination with an amazing team of UWB.
